Ideally situated less than 1 hour from Lyon, between Villefranche-sur-Saône and Mâcon, the estate enjoys a privileged location, easily accessible while offering a real change of scenery.

Private car park
For your convenience, we provide the “Pré de Coquette” car park, with space for 40 vehicles, ideal for all your participants.
We also have two gates located right next to the reception areas, making it easy for your external service providers to load and unload their vehicles.
Finally, a small dedicated car park is reserved especially for staff and service providers, to ensure smooth, unobtrusive organisation throughout your event.
We welcome your events all year round, 7 days a week, to offer you total flexibility in organising your receptions, seminars or celebrations.
Our office is at your disposal Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to answer your questions, help you prepare your event and offer you personalised support.

The Maisons du Bonheur can accommodate up to 70 people. There is no possibility of exceeding this limit, whether for the exterior, the rooms or the accommodation.
We host all our events privately, so you will be the only guests on the estate during your stay.
For weddings and private events, the entire estate is dedicated to you for a minimum of 2 days, and can accommodate up to 70 people.
For business events, we design tailor-made breaks for groups of 12 to 70 people, with flexible duration and services to suit your needs.
We offer a range of modular, fully-equipped meeting spaces, combining comfort, functionality and authentic charm.
- Guy Liger-Belair Room
Ideal for meetings, executive committees or small group training sessions, this room can accommodate up to 14 participants. It offers a bright, calm and functional setting, conducive to concentration and discussion.
Facilities : High-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, video projector and projection screen, flipchart and markers, complete meeting kit for each participant (desk pad, sheets of paper, pens, post-it notes, highlighters, etc.), natural light.
- Fleur de Lys Room
This room combines authenticity and functionality. Spacious and flexible, it can accommodate up to 70 participants and is perfect for your seminars, conferences or team workshops. Configurations are flexible and adaptable to your needs: theatre format, U-shape, school style or standing arrangement.
Facilities : High-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, video projector and projection screen, flipchart and markers, complete meeting kit for each participant (desk pad, sheets of paper, pens, post-its, highlighters, etc.), natural light.
- Guy Liger-Belair Lounge
An informal space to relax during your breaks. We offer gourmet breaks including coffee, a Mariage Frères tea bar, water, fruit juices and home-made cakes.
- Sub-commission areas
Spaces are available in the various winegrowers’ houses to host your sub-committees and workshops.
We offer a range of reception areas, equipped and designed for every stage of your event.
- Guy Liger-Belair Room and Lounge
These spaces offer an elegant, light-filled setting, ideal for getting ready, relaxing or taking beautiful photos before your event. The charm of the setting creates a gentle, friendly atmosphere right from the start.
- The winery
Formerly the estate’s wine storehouse, this space adjoining the outdoor swimming pool is ideal for organising your cocktail party.
- Fleur de Lys Room
This authentic stone cellar combines charm and comfort. It can accommodate up to 70 people for your dinner and dance party. Spacious, it has a dance floor area, a dining area and a professional kitchen for the caterer.
Facilities: acoustic doors (no time limit for the evening), projection equipment, air conditioning, rectangular tables and chairs for 70 people.
The estate is made up of several renovated winegrowers’ houses that bear witness to the area’s winegrowing history. These houses sleep 70 people in 28 bedrooms (22 bathrooms).
All beds are made up and towels are provided.
The estate offers a wide range of on-site activities for young and old, ideal for a friendly, rejuvenating break.

Take advantage of a vast landscaped park of half a hectare, ideal for walks, photos or simply relaxing in the heart of nature. - Heated swimming pool in summer
Cool off and relax in our heated swimming pool, open during the summer months for all to enjoy. - Petanque pitch and table tennis
A range of fun activities are available to liven up your afternoons and create moments of sharing. - Table football and life-size wooden games
Young and old alike can have fun with our selection of traditional games, guaranteeing a fun and relaxed atmosphere. - Félix Bar
The Félix Bar, housed in a former wine cellar, combines historic charm with an intimate atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to relax and socialise, with a selection of vinyl records on offer.

- La Cantine du Vendangeur – Table d’Hôtes
Enjoy generous, gourmet cuisine at any time of day: buffet breakfast, buffet brunch, lunch or dinner. Services suitable for adults and children alike, ideal to accompany your special occasions in a convivial atmosphere. - Wine tasting
Discover the history of Beaujolais with the Laroche family, winegrowers on the estate for several generations. During this tasting, our winemakers share their know-how and their passion for vines and wine. Explore the history, terroir and wines of Les Maisons du Bonheur through a tasting of the estate’s 4 wines.
This service is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Maximum 25 participants. - Oenological Grazing Table
Discover the wines of Les Maisons du Bonheur and the specialities of the Beaujolais during a lively dinner based on food and wine pairings. Our winemakers will help you explore the 4 appellations of the estate in a friendly and fun way.
This service is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Minimum 15 participants. - Introduction to vine pruning
Immerse yourself in the world of the winegrower by taking part in an introduction to vine pruning, a key stage in the vine cycle. You will be guided by the winegrowers from Les Maisons du Bonheur. This will be followed by a mâchon, the traditional winemaker’s meal, for a total immersion in the local culture.
Available from November to March.
Maximum 14 participants. - Aperitif
For a friendly welcome that encourages discussion over a homemade aperitif made from local drinks. - Decoration
We offer a range of decorating services to enhance your spaces, particularly for your secular ceremony or the Fleur de Lys reception room. A turnkey solution to create an environment that reflects your image.
We’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure your event goes off without a hitch:
- Receiving and processing requests: every incoming request is carefully studied.
- Customised proposals: we present you with personalised solutions tailored to the specific needs of your group.
- Organising your stay: we plan every detail together to ensure a harmonious experience.
- On-site support: our team on the ground will assist you throughout the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Post-event follow-up: we’ll be on hand to gather your feedback and support you if necessary.
- Private events (weddings, family parties, celebrations, etc.)
We welcome fully-privatised stays of at least 2 days and 1 night in low season (October to April) and at least 3 days and 2 nights in high season (May to September).
Privatised stays start from €7,350, prices on request.
Our terms of payment are as follows: 30% deposit on booking, 40% deposit 6 months before the event, balance of stay 1 month before the event.
- Business events (residential seminars, study days, company evenings, management committees, executive committees)
Services and length of stay are flexible to suit your needs.
Rates are quoted on request only.
Our payment terms are as follows: 50% deposit on booking, balance 7 days before the event.
